With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Katie delivers invaluable strategic insights to prominent corporations and emerging startups across diverse sectors such as consumer goods, healthcare, and technology. Specializing in qualitative marketing research since 1998, she excels in a wide range of essential functions including moderation, analysis, presentation of findings, research design, and global field management, cementing her position as a trusted authority in the industry.

 

She conducts all types of online and in-person qualitative research including in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnographies, shop-a-longs, discussion boards, as well as hybrid approaches that combine ongoing, asynchronous discussions and live interviews.
